SUS-8 is an advanced military-grade network services server developed by Transbit as a key component of the ICT infrastructure of the Polish Armed Forces. Designed for field operations, the SUS-8 functions as a compact data center, providing a broad range of network services including IP traffic management, access to network resources, application hosting, and support for command and reconnaissance systems.

Modular Design and High Performance.

The device is housed in a 1U enclosure compliant with military-standard 19” rack mounting. Its architecture is based on redundant computing modules, enabling the installation of two independent servers with their own processors, RAM, and storage. This solution ensures a high level of reliability, flexible configuration, and uninterrupted operation even in the event of a module failure.

Integration and Compatibility with Military Communication Systems

The SUS-8 is designed for seamless integration with existing and next-generation ICT systems of the Polish Armed Forces. It works with military routers (e.g., RP-510-01) and with Transbit’s broadband radio links and data transmission systems, forming a unified, scalable, and secure network architecture. Its implemented features enable the deployment of both local and remote IT services, including domain control, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and tactical documentation management systems.
