The CV-12A-01 is a modern access gateway designed to integrate traditional analog telephony and data transmission devices with digital military infrastructure. The device enables seamless interconnection of VoIP networks with CA/CB telephony, while supporting serial communication and full interoperability with C2 (command and control) systems. The CV-12A-01 is implemented, among others, in the STORCZYK 2010 military communication system at the tactical level. Equipped with an extensive set of interfaces – including 16 CA/CB ports, ISDN PRI, 1G Ethernet and fiber ports, as well as RS-232C serial connectors – the CV-12A-01 provides flexible and failure-resistant access points. The device supports a full range of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, OLSR, STP/RSTP/MSTP), VoIP SIP signaling, and a wide selection of codecs (G.711, G.729, Opus, MELP). 
 
The CV-12A-01 increases operational flexibility and allows communication infrastructure to be easily adapted to changing battlefield conditions – without the need to abandon legacy equipment. It is a key component bridging the “old” and the “new” in tactical ICT systems. 
 
Designed for use in demanding field conditions, the CV-12A-01 complies with MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-461F standards, operates in a temperature range from -30°C to +60°C, and supports power supply from 19 V to 35 V, with resistance to temporary drops to 12 V. The device can be managed locally and remotely (SSH, web interface, SNMPv3, SMiKO application) and supports real-time monitoring (SYSLOG, RMON II).
