The KO-2TV-A and KO-2TV-B converters enable bidirectional conversion of 100/1000Base-TX data transmission to the VDSL2 standard. 
 
The VDSL port allows the use of existing two-wire cable infrastructure for long-distance data transmission, while the RJF-45 (Amphenol) Ethernet port enables the creation of local computer networks in the 1000Base-T standard over copper UTP cabling of at least Category 5e. Automatic MDI/MDI-X detection on the Ethernet port simplifies configuration, and support for both full- and half-duplex modes ensures transmission flexibility. 
 
The device is designed for continuous operation in demanding environmental conditions and complies with military standards for mechanical and climatic resistance (NO-06-A101 to NO-06-A108) as well as electromagnetic compatibility (NO-06-A200). It operates within a temperature range of –30°C to +55°C (extended limits: –40°C to +70°C) and is resistant to humidity levels of 95–98% at +40°C.
