A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology, he has played a key role for nearly two decades in the development of advanced communication systems for defense environments and institutions of particular operational importance. He began his professional career at the Industrial Telecommunications Institute, where he participated in the design and implementation of automated command and control systems, including solutions for Air Defense Forces.

He has been associated with Transbit since 2008 and has served as President of the Management Board since 2017. In this role, he is responsible for defining the company’s strategic development directions, overall organizational management, and the advancement of key technological competencies. He actively contributes to shaping the company’s technological roadmap, with a particular focus on the design and integration of complex ICT architectures meeting stringent operational, reliability, and security requirements.

His professional focus centers on comprehensive organizational management — from product development and the implementation of quality standards to process optimization and team competency building. This approach enables the company to effectively respond to the needs of the defense market and continuously strengthen its position as an experienced integrator of communication and ICT solutions.

Zygmunt Palczewski has for many years played a significant role in the operational and strategic development of Transbit Sp. z o.o., with which he has been continuously associated since 2009. As a Member of the Management Board, he is responsible for the areas of finance and business strategy, as well as oversight of key internal processes within the organization, including production, logistics, and contractual matters.

In his day-to-day work, he focuses on budget planning, optimization of industrial processes, and ensuring continuity of supply of communication devices and systems for the Polish Armed Forces. He places particular emphasis on operational efficiency and the long-term development of the company’s organizational potential, supporting Transbit’s activities in the field of advanced ICT technologies and the domestic defense industry.

He previously gained extensive professional experience in the automotive sector, where for over a decade he was associated with the international Valeo Group, managing production and logistics departments. He holds both engineering and economic education — he is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology and the Cracow University of Economics. From the very beginning of his tenure at Transbit, he has participated in building professional operational structures tailored to the specific nature of the defense market, combining industrial experience with the ability to develop stable and scalable management processes.

Graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology, with a specialization in electronics and automation. He started his career at Transbit in 1994 and he held a series of progressively responsible positions, including Design Engineer, Chief Designer, Head of the Design Department, and Technical Director. He has been responsible for the development of comprehensive and integrated ICT systems, with particular expertise in the design of radio communications equipment and software. In 2017 he was appointed to the Management Board Member of Transbit Sp. z o. o.
